1. To protect the Company's innovative technologies, patent applications are subject to thorough evaluation prior to filing, with careful planning for international patent deployment. During the application process, procedures are strictly controlled to secure the most appropriate scope of patent rights.
2. After patent approval, the relationship between the patents and products is continually reviewed to build a high-quality patent portfolio.
3. The Company continuously monitors industry-related patent developments and conducts freedom to operate (FTO) analyses to manage potential risks.

III. Trademark Management
1. To protect the Company's brand image, trademarks have been registered in major markets such as Taiwan, Japan, and China.
2. In accordance with business development strategies, new trademark applications are filed in advance.

IV. Trade Secret Management
1. The Company signs confidentiality agreements with all employees, specifying intellectual property ownership, confidentiality obligations, and non-compete clauses.
2. Confidential data is inventoried, classified, graded, and labeled; storage, usage, and access controls are implemented according to confidentiality levels.
