Winston Medical Supply Co., Ltd. (Winston) was established in 1975 and is a leading ophthalmic drug company in Taiwan.  Winston specializes in the development, manufacturing, and sales of a full range of generic ophthalmic drug.  Medigen invested in Winston in 2014, and Winston was officially listed on the Emerging Stock Board in 2021 with stock code 6817.

Medigen established its Vaccine Division in 2008 and formally spun it off in 2012 as Medigen Vaccine Biologics Corp. (MVC), a company dedicated to the development and manufacturing of vaccines and biologics.  MVC was officially listed on the Taipei Exchange in 2018 with stock code 6547.

TBG Biotechnology Corp. was originally the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) division of Medigen and became an independent company in 2007.  TBG specializes in the research, development, and commercialization of advanced diagnostic reagents and instruments, with a core focus on providing comprehensive HLA typing solutions.
