To ensure employees' financial stability after retirement, the Company has established Employee Retirement Plan in accordance with the law and formed a Labor Retirement Reserve Supervisory Committee. Each month, 2% of the total payroll is allocated to a dedicated account with the Central Trust of China as a retirement reserve to safeguard employees' rights and benefits.
Since July 1, 2005, the Company has also adopted the government's new retirement system, contributing 6% of each employee's monthly wages to their individual pension account. For employees who voluntarily make additional contributions, the corresponding amount is withheld from their monthly salary at their chosen contribution rate and deposited into their personal pension account at the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
