Sustainability Promotion Organization

Medigen’s sustainability strategies and goals are formulated by the Board of Directors. Under the leadership of the Chairman’s Office and department heads, the Sustainability Executive Committee has been established. Its specific responsibilities include: formulating sustainability policies and plans, promoting and providing training within the company, communicating these initiatives externally via the corporate website, and reporting implementation progress and improvement measures to the Board of Directors on a regular basis (at least once a year). The Sustainability Executive Committee leads all Medigen employees in advancing sustainable development.

Organizational Structure

Guiding Authority: Board of Directors - responsible for the highest level of decision-making and oversight.
Chairperson: President/CEO - oversees overall task force operations and drives strategic implementation.
Executive Secretary: Vice President, Operations - responsible for coordinating execution and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
 

Responsibilities of Each Task Force

Environmental Protection: Promotes initiatives on energy conservation and carbon reduction, water resource management, waste management, information security, compliance with environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety; proposes relevant improvement measures.
Social Engagement: Promotes labor and human rights, employee welfare programs, labor-management communication, talent cultivation, compliance with labor laws, social welfare participation, and stakeholder engagement.
Corporate Governance: Oversees corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ethical business conduct, intellectual property, internal control systems, and risk assessment and management.
Product Safety: Responsible for new drug development, product quality and safety, compliance with pharmaceutical and food regulations, and supply chain risk management.
