Medigen Vaccine Biologics Co. (MVC) submitted request for seasoned equity offering on September 14th , and was approved by Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission on September 23rd . MVC issued 20,000,000 new shares with par value of $10 TWD and price at $22 TWD per share for total of $440 million TWD.
