Implementation of Integrity Management Operations 


I. Integrity Management Policy: 
The Company's "Code of Integrity Management" was approved by the Board of Directors on November 14, 2016, amended on March 27, 2020, and reported to the Board of Directors on August 11, 2025. 

According to Article 5 of the "Code of Integrity Management": 
The Company shall uphold the business philosophy of integrity, transparency, and responsibility, establish policies based on integrity as approved by the Board of Directors, and create sound corporate governance and risk control mechanisms to foster a sustainable business environment. 


II. Organization and Responsibilities 

Report on the Implementation of Integrity Management 


I. Integrity Management Policy: 
The Company has established relevant rules, including the "Code of Integrity Management," "Procedures for Handling Internal Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading," "Procedures for Handling Reports of Illegal, Unethical, or Unfaithful Conduct," and "Code of Ethical Conduct," which are published on the Company's internal website.
 
These regulations require that all Company business activities be conducted with honesty and fairness, comply with government laws and regulations, and provide appropriate reporting channels to prevent conflicts of interest. They also specify matters to be observed by directors, managers, and employees when carrying out business. 

II. Integrity Management Task Unit: 
A dedicated unit under the Board of Directors, led by the President and the Administration and Finance Department, is responsible for promoting integrity management. 

III. Regular Reporting: 
In accordance with Article 14 of the Integrity Management Procedures, a report on the implementation of integrity management shall be presented to the Board of Directors at least once a year, covering policy revisions, the handling of whistleblower cases, and follow-up on the execution of annual plans. The most recent report to the Board was made on August 11, 2025.

IV. Implementation of Integrity Management 
1. Revisions to Related Regulations: 
On March 28, 2023, the Board of Directors approved amendments to the "Procedures for Handling Internal Material Information and Preventing Insider Trading" and other relevant integrity management policies.
2. Handling of Whistleblower Cases: 
The Company’s Whistleblowing Channels: "In-person Reporting," "Telephone Hotline," "Mail-in Reporting," and other appropriate channels. The "Investor Relations" section on our website is available for use by both internal and external personnel.

As of 2025, the designated audit unit has not received any reports or complaints regarding dishonest or unethical conduct. 
3. The responsible person, managers, and accounting officers issue quarterly declarations confirming the absence of false or concealed information in the financial statements. All employees of the Company have signed non-disclosure agreements.

V. Planned Implementation of the Integrity Management Policy:
1. Continue revising integrity management policies and related regulations in accordance with laws. 
2. Provide directors, managers, and relevant employees with legal education on "Prevention of Insider Trading," "Integrity Management Procedures and Guidelines," "Code of Ethical Conduct," and "Code of Integrity Management." 
3. The Audit Office will continue to monitor internal and external whistleblower mailboxes and investigate dishonest or unethical cases in accordance with the above regulations and the internal control system.
4. Incorporate the integrity management policy into business contracts and inform suppliers and customers. 
5. Include compliance with the integrity management policy as a requirement for employment.
