A Healthy and Safe Working Environment

Medigen fully understands the importance of workplace safety and health for employee well-being and the Company’s sustainable operations. Therefore, we devote significant resources and effort to ensuring that every employee can work in a secure environment. To fulfill this commitment, Medigen has established and promoted a workplace safety and health policy, continuously working to reduce potential occupational safety and health risks. This includes regular workplace safety management, employee health screenings, and encouraging employees to participate in various safety and health training programs. Through these measures, we aim to prevent potential occupational injuries and illnesses while continuously improving the working environment. Although we have not yet implemented the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the Company strictly complies with all relevant legal requirements to ensure effective management of employee safety and health.
